Before using for the first time, rinse the pan with hot water and grease it lightly afterwards. 

If using fat, use only heat-resistant oil or fat in your Belux.

Heat well to start, and then reduce temperature to medium or low to avoid overheating the non-stick coating. Attention induction stoves heat much faster. 

To clean the pan, use only hot water and a little washing-up liquid.

Dish washer not recommended, because aluminium will be oxidized.
